Eligibility and Participation
It is not necessary to make a purchase to participate. Simply fill out the registration form. Participation requests received after the Registration Period will not be accepted. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Entries can be submitted online or in person at our store from September 15th to 28th.
2. Prize
The winner will receive two 925 Silver jewelry pieces of the same model, one for themselves and another for a person of their choice. These pieces will be designed by the winner through meetings with Designer Diogo Dalloz, who will transform the idea into jewelry. The produced jewelry pieces cannot exceed a limit of 50 grams of silver. If the winner is not located in Porto, the entire creation and development process will be conducted through online meetings. If the winner is in Portugal, they can also enjoy "The Experience" at our atelier and make their own jewelry piece under the supervision of a professional.
3. Taxes and Fees
Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. All taxes and import fees are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4. Drawing and Notification
The drawing will take place on September 30th via live broadcast on Instagram @jewellery_experience, at 5:00 PM (local time in Portugal). The winner will be personally notified via email. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial contact attempt, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible participants.
5.Acceptance of Rules
The winner authorizes the recording and photography of the entire experience, as well as its potential publication on our website and social media.
Participants are considered to have accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions by participating. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation or to refuse to award the prize to anyone who is in violation of these terms and conditions.
6.Privacy
Any information collected through this Drawing, including, but not limited to, personally identifiable information and participants' personal data, will be used only in a manner consistent with the Online Privacy Policy.

Não é necessário fazer uma compra para participar. Apenas preencha o formulário de inscrição. Os pedidos de participação recebidos após o Período de Inscrição não serão aceitos. Só é permitida uma (1) participação por pessoa. As inscrições podem ser feitas online ou presencialmente em nossa loja de 15 a 28 de setembro.
2. Prêmio
O vencedor ganhará duas joias de Prata 925 do mesmo modelo, uma para ele e outra para alguém de sua escolha, idealizada pelo ganhador através de reuniões com o Designer Diogo Dalloz, que irá transformar a ideia em joia. As joias que serão produzidas não poderão ultrapassar um limite de 50 gramas de prata. Se o ganhador não estiver no Porto, todo o processo de criação e desenvolvimento será feito por meio de reuniões online. Se o ganhador estiver em Portugal, ele também poderá desfrutar da "The Experience" em nosso atelier e fabricar sua própria joia com supervisão de um profissional.
3. Impostos e Taxas
Os prêmios não podem ser transferidos ou resgatados por dinheiro. Todos os impostos e taxas de importação são de exclusiva responsabilidade do vencedor.
4. Sorteio e Notificação
O sorteio acontecerá no dia 30 de setembro em transmissão ao vivo pelo Instagram @jewellery_experience, às 17:00 (hora local de Portugal). O vencedor será notificado pessoalmente por e-mail. Se um vencedor não responder dentro de sete (7) dias da primeira tentativa de contato, perderá o direito ao prêmio, e outro vencedor será selecionado através de um sorteio aleatório entre os restantes participantes elegíveis.
5. Aceitação das Regras
O vencedor autoriza a gravação e fotografias de toda experincia, assim como sua possivel divulgação em nosso site e rede sociais.
Considera-se que os Participantes aceitaram e concordaram em reger-se por estes termos e condições ao participar. O Promotor reserva-se o direito de recusar a participação ou de se recusar a atribuir o prêmio a alguém que esteja em incumprimento relativamente aos presentes termos e condições.
6. Privacidade
Qualquer informação recolhida por este Sorteio, incluindo, sem limites, informação pessoal identificável e os dados pessoais dos participantes, será utilizada somente de um modo consistente com a Política de Privacidade Online.
